The mission of this non-profit organization is to provide a forum that allows supporters of the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards (NBPTS) the opportunity to:

• Raise the level of teaching quality to improve student achievement.
• Disseminate information about the NBPTS Certification Process.
• Recruit and support National Board Candidates.
• Serve as positive voices for educational reform and professional development.
• Mentor fellow educators.
• Participate in action-based research linked to PreK-12 teaching and learning.
